Invite your team
Add members to your Gitera organization by email and assign their roles.
Inviting members
Open Settings → Users (admin or owner role required).
Click Invite and enter the teammate's email address.
They receive an invitation email with a link — after accepting, they join the organization.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and organization settings |
| Admin | Manage members, rules, integrations, and all features |
| Member | Use dashboards, search, failures, workflows — no admin settings |
| Viewer | Read-only dashboards and reports |

The member count is limited by your plan. If an invite expires or never arrives, resend it from the Users tab and ask the teammate to check spam.
