Checking your usage
Settings → Usage shows the current month's workflow runs, indexed log volume, and remaining AI quota against your plan.
What happens at a limit
- Workflow runs (Free) — once the monthly quota is reached, new completed runs are not processed; existing data stays readable. Usage resets monthly; upgrade to keep processing.
- Log storage (Free) — runs keep being processed, but new logs stop being indexed; log search keeps working on already-indexed data.
- AI quota — the agent pauses until the next day; the usage tracker shows the daily count.
- Notification rules — you cannot create more rules until you delete one or upgrade.
Managing the subscription
Plan management, invoices, upgrades, and cancellation live in Settings → Subscription, handled through the customer portal — see billing in the FAQ.
