DORA tab is empty
The DORA tab shows nothing or a warning — deployment workflows, short windows, and excluded runs.

DORA metrics need designated production deployment workflows — nothing is measured until you pick them in the Select deployment workflows dialog. See DORA setup.
Metrics show but look wrong
- Window under 7 days — the tab warns that short windows are noisy. Pick
7d,30d, or longer. - Excluded runs — pull-request runs, runs on non-production branches, and re-deploys of the same commit do not count. The tab lists how many were excluded and why.
- Production branch patterns — if you set
production_branchespatterns, a deploy on a branch that matches none of them is excluded. Check the patterns against real branch names. - No production environments detected — auto-detection still works via default/release branches; absence of GitHub Environments just means the picker cannot pre-sort candidates.
A deployment you expected is missing
Check the run's branch and event: pushes to feature/* or pull_request events are never deployments. If the run should count, add its branch to production_branches for that workflow.
