Login & organizations
Sign-in problems, missing organizations, and invitation issues.
Cannot sign in
- GitHub OAuth — make sure you authorize the correct GitHub account; if you have several GitHub identities the browser may silently use the wrong one.
- Email sign-in — check spam for the magic-link/confirmation message, and request a fresh link (links expire).
Signed in but "no organizations"
- You were invited but have not accepted — open the invitation email again and click the link.
- The inviter added you to a different email address than you signed in with — ask them to re-invite the address you actually use.
- You belong to the account but no organization is selected — pick one in the organization switcher at the top.
Wrong organization showing
The switcher's selection persists per browser. If data looks like the wrong company, open the switcher first — do not assume data loss.
Invitation link expired or broken
Invitations expire. Ask an admin or owner to delete the stale invitation in Settings → Users and send a new one.
